Logis-Tech was founded in 1987 and is located in Manassas, VA, with field locations capable of serving all 50 U.S. states and select international locations. Logis-Tech has current operations in 45 states and fifteen overseas locations. We continue to expand our field operations and services support capabilities to commercial and government customers worldwide.

More than 50% of the core personnel hold advanced degrees in a wide range of engineering, logistics and scientific disciplines.

Vice President of DoD Relations

David Clark

CSM(R) David Clark serves as Logis-Tech’s Vice President of DoD Relations. In this role, Clark is focused on bringing integrated solutions to customers who rely on Logis-Tech’s capabilities and technologies to support their mission and address their pressing needs. His responsibilities also include establishing comprehensive strategies across the company that will enable future growth.

CSM(R) David Clark last served as the Senior Enlisted Leader of all U.S. Forces and the 41-nation NATO-led Coalition in Afghanistan from 2016-2018. Before that, he served as the Command Sergeant Major at the United States Military Academy and the 4th Infantry Division Command Sergeant Major. He has multiple deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. He is a graduate of the United States Sergeant Major Academy, and the Senior Leader Executive Course. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Troy University and a Masters in Human Resource Management from Webster University.

Brian Wolfe serves as the Vice President of Technical Services at Logis-Tech, reporting directly to the Executive Vice President. In this role, he oversees the pursuit of new business opportunities, and the successful execution of contracts related to the design, build, integration, production, installation, training, and servicing of Logis-Tech’s patented Environment Stabilization System (ESS®) and Total Climate Control (TCC™) systems. Mr. Wolfe manages a global team responsible for the installation and daily operations of over 2,500 ESS® across all 50 states and territories and 15 overseas locations. Before joining Logis-Tech in 1995, Brian held leadership positions in Information Technology and Networks Operations at the AFL-CIO’s Union Benefits division, multiple construction trade associations, and Sprint.
