Service Pricing and Offerings

Break/Fix or Casual Use Customers
LTi offers highly completive rates for the greater Washington D.C. area especially considering the expertise, training, education and years of experience our staff brings to your needs. We will work either at your location or ours depending on the need. Unlike some of our competitors, we do not charge for travel and we bill in 6 minute increments after the first hour for field visits. We also bill in 6 minute increments for phone/remote support and any work performed at our location. Some local IT companies charge in 30 or even 60 minute blocks. Latest Pricing

Preventative Maintenance Plans
We offer the Preventative Maintenance Plan (PMP), designed to ensure clients’ infrastructures remain stable, efficient, and secure. In addition, your service request will be performed by the same technicians and engineers who are trusted to work on our own corporate networks.
