Logis-Tech provides Specialized Analytical and Logistics Services, including studies and risk analysis, decision-making support, operational planning, maintenance, and logistics support programs.
LTi supports all aspects of Performance Based Logistics, encompassing developmental support, acquisition support, logistics support and equipment fielding. We have extensive experience with realignment of maintenance capabilities to requirements and, reduction of the logistics footprint to reduce the total cost of equipment ownership. We also have substantial experience conducting logistics studies and analyses using computer models that mathematically express relationships, providing quantitative insight into program solutions.
LTi conducts assessments and determines management information system requirements that provide equipment accountability, asset tracking, maintenance data and inventory on a real-time basis. LTi conducts analyses to include assessment of quantities and types of equipment for optimal storage; recommends methods for “pooling and sharing” of equipment; determines direct and indirect cost of operations; quantifies man-hour requirements to support operations and services, and makes recommendations on supply and maintenance policies. We also evaluate facilities and procedures and develop processes to improve workflow, reduce costs, reduce maintenance backlog, and provide more responsive support for operations.
