| UPGRADES, REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE |
If your computer is suffering from slow performance, or reporting new errors you may need a new computer right? Wrong, most computers for small office and home users are fine, low cost upgrades to memory, disks and or video hardware can drastically improve performance for a fraction of the cost of a new computer. It may only be that patches, updates and general cleaning are needed to restore the out-of-box pep that it once had.
We provide server, desktop and laptop computer repair services in the Northern Virginia area. We can come to you to work at your location or pickup and return equipment to our repair lab. If you are local to Manassas, Bristow or Gainesville you can drop it off at our Headquarters Office in Manassas, Virginia, (Directions) for additional savings.
All repairs and upgrades are covered under a minimum 30-day labor and 90-day parts warranty, or as otherwise specified by the manufacturer of the replacement parts. LTi strongly recommends developing a regular data backup plan and assumes no responsibility for lost data during repairs. LTi can assist you with data backups at the time of any service for additional fees.
We can provide to you at near cost the hardware for repairs or you can bring your own for us to install and use.
Please note that software issues are not covered under manufacturer's warranty, nor under any maintenance contracts.
Logis-Tech and its employees maintain high business ethical values so please be advised that for any software issues that require reinstallation, including operating system software, the customer must provide or purchase appropriate licensed software.
