Support Services
We offer both Onsite and Remote IT Support. A discount is provided for remote support as it is beneficial for both parties. Break/Fix, maintenance contracts and temporary to full-time placement are all available options.
Remote Services may be conducted either over the telephone or via an internet connection.

Training Services
Both home users and business users can use a mentor every now and then. LTi can provide free-form one on one subject matter training on topics such as Microsoft Office Applications, General Computer Maintenance to more effective Web Usage. We can also offer more formal class training on subjects like Windows Operating System Usage, Microsoft Outlook Usage (Beginner through Advanced), Basic Server Administration and Staff Level Security Topics.
