LOGIS-TECH, inc (LTi) maintains a constant commitment to individual privacy and security for all
visitors to our websites. LTi relies on usage data to improve our visitors experience
and for internal use only. In no case will LTi release your information to a third
party without your express permission or legally authorized agent of the courts.
Types of Information that may be collected:
- Common Browser Available Anonymous Information –
LTi will track user activity to our site using IP addresses and may set temporary
session variables and/or cookies to track user sessions and provide dynamic services.
These common internet tools enable us to keep track of the number of visitors, where
their interests are and help facilitate the dynamic nature of the site.
Other information that may be tracked include, referring page, browser type, what
pages are visited and for how long. This information is generally viewed in
aggregations to see trending patterns not on an individual basis.
Please note that this collected data is in no way connected in any way with your
personal information (name, address, phone etc.). A user's identity remains anonymous.
All visitor usage information is stored in log files that are not publicly accessible
and are password abd account related.
- Information Request Forms –
If a user of our site fills out the More Information form,
the information will be used to process the request along the desires of the user. No one outside of LTi
staff will have legal access to your personal information. Vital visitor information
is not stored online in a database, it is forwarded to the appropriate parties and
not stored, basic contact information (User Name and Company Name) may be retained
to track web site lead generation and follow up. The database containing this
information is password protected and is only accessible to limited LTi staff and
authorized IT support personnel.
- E-Mail Communications with Us -
The site contains features that allow our users to submit information to us via
e-mail. Where submissions include requests for service, support or information, they
will be forwarded to various departments responsible for carrying out the action to
best respond to the specific request.
In addition, we may retain e-mails and other information sent to us for internal administrative purposes.
- E-mail Newsletters
If visitors subscribe to our e-mail newsletters, we require contact information,
such as name, e-mail address, and, occasionally, demographic information. We use this
information in the same manner as we use contact information in the Information Request
process, described above. If at any time after signing up for our mailing list you would
prefer to be removed from it, you can always send a message to remove@logis-tech.com and
ask to be taken off our list or may unsubscribe using the instructions listed at the end
of the e-mail newsletter.
