Roland E. Berg
Chief Executive Officer
Roland E. Berg is CEO and Founder of Logis-Tech inc. The firm was started in 1987 specializing in Logistics, Maintenance and Engineering Consulting services supporting both the national and the international defense industry. Prior to founding LTi, Mr. Berg served as a member of the Senior Executive Service in the Department of Defense, serving as Director, Maintenance Policy, Office Secretary of Defense, and Principal Deputy Director Supply and Maintenance, Office Deputy Chief of Staff Logistics, Department of the Army. Mr. Berg also served as a career Army officer in multiple command, staff and program management positions in the U.S, Europe, the Mid East, South East Asia and Korea and retired as a Colonel USA. Mr. Berg is a native of Minneapolis, Minnesota, with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the University of Minnesota with graduate work at the JFK School of Government, Harvard University.

James K. Bounds
President
James K. Bounds is the President and General Counsel and reports directly to the CEO on all matters pertaining to the company. He joined the Logis-Tech,inc. team in October of 1995. Prior to Logis-Tech,inc., Mr. Bounds was engaged in the private practice of law and also served as a clerk to the Chief Staff Attorney of the Supreme Court of Virginia. Mr. Bounds also served in the United States Marine Corps as an infantry officer and a light armored vehicle officer during Desert Shield/Desert Storm. Mr. Bounds holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and a Juris Doctor degree from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond.

Christopher K. Rash
Senior Vice President, Operations
Christopher K. Rash is the Senior Vice President for Operations and reports directly to the President on all matters pertaining to the execution of awarded contracts for the design, integration, production, installation, training and service of Logis-Techs patented Environment Stabilization System (ESS®). He manages over 100 Logis-Tech employees assigned throughout the 50 States and Territories in the day to day operations of over 1100 installed ESS® systems. Prior to joining the Logis-Tech team in 1992, Mr. Rash served in the US Army for 22 years with assignments in Vietnam, Germany, and throughout the continental United States, culminating his career assigned to the Army Staff at the Pentagon as Chief of Supply and Maintenance for the Army National Guard. Mr. Rash holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Clemson University and a Masters Degree in Business, concentration Logistics, from Florida Institute of Technology. Mr Rash is also President of WestRash Charities inc, is family sponsored charitiy active in the local community.

John Senter
Senior Vice President, Business Development
Mr. Senter reports to the President and CEO and is responsible for all marketing and business development for Logis-Tech, inc. He orchestrates all marketing and business development for the company. Mr. Senter possesses a diverse international background in logistics operations, automation and systems engineering. He has extensive experience in all aspects of supply chain management, maintenance management, aviation safety, aviation operations, electronic data interchange (EDI) and other supporting digitial initiatives in the RFID arena. He is experienced in both the public and private sector in domestic and foreign programs. Mr. Senter has served on the Army staff in both the G-3 and G-4 and with the Office of the Secretary of Defense for International Programs. Mr. Senter was certified as an Army Strategist and Logistician and served as Army Aviator and Maintenance Test Pilot.

Robert J. Grasso
Vice President, Logistics Integration
Robert J. Grasso is the Vice President Logistics Integration and reports directly to the President. He joined the Logis-Tech team in 1999. Prior to Logis-Tech, Inc., Mr. Grasso was the Vice President Government Operations for a 350 member trade association and served as Chief of Staff for Congressman Greg Laughlin. Mr. Grasso also served as a career Army Logistics officer in multiple command, staff and program management positions and retired as a Colonel USA. Mr. Grasso holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management from University of New Hampshire, a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Webster University and National Resource Strategy, National War College.
