Description:
Position requires a broad knowledge of a variety of logistics functions such as: acquisition logistics; procurement; product support; requirements determination; research and editing; inventory management, property administration and control; property accountability; stock record accounting; shelf life management; and storage, maintenance, and supply functions.
Responsibilties:
Provide technical advice, guidance and direction for the improvement, modification, and re-engineering of logistical systems, logistical processes, logistical policies, and logistical procedures for all functional areas pertaining to a specific contract. Incumbent must be able to develop special projects, conduct special studies, and prepare special reports in support of ongoing military contracts. The successful candidate would have a military background with Air Force/Marine Corps experience a plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in management or a related discipline from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge and experience from a branch of the United States military.
